Processing time

The time needed to prepare a  physical product order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Downloadable items are available for download immediately after purchase. The full amount to be paid for physical or downloadable items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to the shipping of physical items. PAS is not responsible for delays due to customs. Please contact the shipping company or customs to arrange for item customs.
